海外送金詐欺を体験してみる　海外送金詐欺 SNS facebook

SNSで友人をたんさん作って情報交換したり、それが縁で親交を深めあったりして、今では家族付き合いをしている、そんな良い話がたくさんあります。

一方で、SNSを通じて、ある目的を持って近づいてくる人もいるのです。

今日は、私が実際に体験した出来事を紹介します。

ある日のこと、突然、Facebookに友達申請がやってきました。共通の友人は一人です。その人ともつい最近友達になったばかりです。私は一応、友達になる前にその人のFacebookを見に行きます。情報は限られている場合がありますが、それでも写真などを確認してからにしてます。その女性は、オフィスの大きな机の前に座ってこちらに笑顔を向けていました。住居などの情報はありましたので友達になりました。

するとすぐにメッセンジャーで挨拶が来ました。それはまったく差し障りなく、はじめましてこれからよろしくね、という内容です。

それから毎日のようになにかしらメッセンジャーが飛んできます。内容は、Hello,How are you ? What doing now? など、普通の友達としての会話です。（ちなみに、こちらも英語です）

数日経った頃、あなたに写真を送りたいから、メールアドレスを教えて欲しいと言われました。まあ、あまり疑いたくはなかったのですが、一応、メインのアドレスではなく、G-mailアドレスを教えました。（こういう場合はGmailとかyahooメールを使ってください）

すると送られてきたのは写真ではなく、次のメッセージです。

My dearest *******,
Good day and how about your health and your job? I hope you had a nice weekend.
My name is *** *** . I am the only daughter of late Mr. and Mrs. ****** . I am an under graduate and willing to finish my higher education. My father was a preeminent oil and gas entrepreneur before he died. He also had extensive investments in real estates, the agricultural and banking sectors. My mother died together with my siblings in a ghastly automobile accident along ******** I was a little child.

I prayed before contacting you and I believed that you are the rightful person to help me out of my horrible situation. Please I need your assistance to transfer my inherited money in the amount of $3.5 million American dollars to your country for investment ventures under your care and directive, while I will continue my studies in your country after the transfer.

It is my desire to come over to your country to further my education while you invest and manage my inherited money. Please I am an orphan and I need your assistance to transfer my inherited money to your country and invest it. I will also need your assistance to secure a nice school in your country, where I will continue my studies. Right now I am in a rented guesthouse and has ran broke and have no other hope of survival unless the fund is transfered to a foreign country

I am willing to offer you substantial amount as compensation for your effort/input after the successful transfer of my inherited money into your nominated account and also map out 10% for any expenses you make during the transaction. As soon as I receive your reply indicating your interest to assist me to transfer the money to your country, I will give you all the necessary information you may require to proceed towards transferring the money to your account as I believe that this transaction would be concluded within few days from today if you are willingfully.

つまりこうです。私は有名な資産家の娘であり、その両親は大きな資産を遺して亡くなった。しかし、その資産を日本に移転する手助けをして欲しい。成功したらその10％を報酬として差し上げる、という内容です。アメリカドルで３５０万ドルあるんですって。

私は、なぜ、その資産を日本に移転しなければならないのか？　どうしても、つい最近Facebookで知り合った私を信用しているのか、と尋ねました。

で、返ってきたのがこの返事。

Dearest *******,

I want you to give me your kind assistance in every aspect to get this fund transferred to your position within few days so that I will come and stay with you for the continuation of my educational carrier while you will invest the money till such a time that I will be matured enough to face the business that you are going to negotiate for me.
My late father deposited the money in the bank, and reached a mandate with the bank that in no circumstances should they allow me to have access to the money until I find a foreign business partner that will stand for me as a guardian who will help me invest the money in a lucrative venture overseas. My late father took this wise decision in order to safeguard my life and the money he bequeathed to me. The agreement he had with bank serves as a security measure for me which will help me to leave my country for my safety. He did this because of the circumstances that led to his death and he doesn’t want me to suffer the same thing that led to his death. My late farther envisaged that his business associate with the cognizant of his evil and envious brothers who conspired to killed him will come after me to disposes me and also get me killed so that they can conceal the heinous crime they committed against my family and take hold of all his properties and legacies

Looking at my situation now, we have to proceed immediately. I want you to understand the need for urgency in this matter; so you will send me the following information below so that I will submit it to the bank and inform them officially that you are the one that is my guardian overseas to receive the deposited fund.

つまり、私は父の遺言で、ビジネスパートナーを見つけるまでは、お金に手を付けてはならないと言われている。銀行とそういう契約になっているので、私はお金を自由にはできない。親切なあなたなら私の保護者になってくれると信じている云々。

で、この続きが、銀行にあなたの情報を伝えて保護者になってもらえれば、お金をいったんあなたなの口座に移すから、銀行口座を教えてくれ、と続きます。

（もう、この時点でありえへんし　笑）

私は、次の質問をしました。

では、私があなたの正当な保護者となれば、あなたは私の口座に大金をいったん移し、そのお金から、いったん２００ドルだか３００ドルを送ればいいのか？そのお金であなたは日本に来るつもりなのか？と。

すると・・・・

Yes I need you as a guardian in both, because if I take a flight from here to your country you will be the one to receive me in your airport or to your address. But before coming to meet you I need you to receive the fund in your account or maybe in other means that can be determined by the bank. Because of the agreement my late father did with the bank the fund can be given to me except to the guardian which I presented to them, so it can only be released to you before it can reach me.

I understand that you are just an office worker but that will not be a hindrance for you to receive the fund, we shall do it in a way that will not be difficult to you, so you can be the guarantor to hold the fund and to my coming to you in Japan.

Answer to your question: 1. I choose you after I prayed over my situation which I contacted believing in God that you are the rightful person that can help me and also the country I like is Japan which you are a citizen so I strongly believe with faith that you are the one to help me.

2. I trusted you because I trusted my God and because trust is giving out and expected in return with also the help of God.

I really want to come and live in Japan so please help me in any way without looking backward or entertaining any fear of anything. My God will bless you in 100 folds as you help me.

With God all things are possible so am believing that you will help. You do not need to become a fund manager before you receive the fund so you can try. What we need is for the money to enter into your account and then when I come we can team together to see what we want to do with the money.

うん？　先に私にお金を送ってくるとは、これいかに？　まさにあり得ない話！！

しかし、この突拍子もない話はいったいどこへ行くのだろう？

そこで私は、「お金はいらない。ただ、あなたに危険が迫っていて、とにかく日本に来たいというのなら、日本での受け入れ人としてサポートしてあげてもいい」、という返事をしました。

すると・・

Thanks for the information’s you provided except your address and your bank information’s to receive the fund.
Here is my plan: I will submit your information’s to the bank and officially inform them that you are my guardian in Japan to receive my fund as my late father instructed. It is really my money which my father deposited for me years ago before he died. ここで話が反転。私にお金を送ってくれという話がやっと出てきました。

このあと、立て続きにメールがきます。

あなたとパートナーになって、日本でどんな事業をしようか、とか。もうすぐ、あなたの手元に大金が入ります、とか。

そして、文章の最後には、神に誓ってあなたを信頼します。だから、あなたも私を信じて欲しい、と。

私は、この結末が知りたくなり、次のような返事をしました。

「わかった。あなたが神に誓ってという言葉を信じよう。しかし、２００ドルは無理だ。２０ドルなら用立てよう。しかし、この２０ドルは、私が父の誕生日プレゼントを買うために用意したものだ。それをあなたに贈ろう。その意味を十分理解して、それでも私のサポートが必要ならば、あなたの口座を私に連絡してきなさい」、と。

すると！！

と、これだけがメッセンジャーで。

まあ、普通、日本人の感覚だったら、ありがとう、とかありそうなものだが、もっと簡単にマネーグラムで送ってくれと！だけ。このあとにマネーグラムの手続きに必要な名前とかの情報がついてきました。

（ちなみにマネーグラムとは、アメリカに本社のある会社で、海外間の送金を簡単に行うことができるシステムのことです。日本では旅行会社の一部が、この代理店をやっています。受け取り人の名前、自分のマイナンバーがあれば、簡単な手続きで海外送金できます。手数料は1000円くらいですね。そうすると受け取り番号が発行されるので、それを受け取り人に言えば、これが暗証番号みたいなもので、受取人は最寄りの取扱店に行って、名前をその番号を言えばお金を受け取れるという仕組みです）

私は、ちょっと腹がたってきたので、一日、返事をしないでおきました。すると、一日に何回も、もう事務所には行ったのか？いつ行くのか？というメッセージが数通入ってきます。私は、マネーグラムの事務所は家から遠いのですぐにはいけない、と返事をすると、今度はウェスタン・ユニオンの事務所は調べたのか？とか、もう早く送れの催促。

そして二日後、私はこう返事をしました。

「マネーグラムの代理店に行った。そうしたら、そこのマネージャーから、誰にどういう目的で送るのか？いま、海外からの詐欺が多いから、一応チェックしなければならない、と言われた。だから私はあなたのメールをすべて見せたら、これは詐欺だと思うと言われた。しかし私はあなたを信じている。だから、もう一度、あなたの差し迫った事情を説明するために、あなたのおかれている状況とこれからの計画をメールで送ってくれ。私はそれをもって、もう一度、事務所に手続きに行くだろう」、と。

さて、結末は、次の通り。

このメールがきました。

If that officer is not serious please go to another Western Union.

その事務所が難しかったら、ほかのウェスタン・ユニオンへ行ってください、だって。

以上、これ以降私は連絡を遮断しアクセスできないようにしました。メールも来ません。

さてさて、ホントにお金を送っていたら？　それとも詐欺？

ただ一つ言えるのは、こんな話ありえない！！
